In Ukraine

You can pick up your order at any New Post office throughout Ukraine. Jewelry delivery is free for orders over UAH 1,000.

Outside Ukraine

We will deliver your order using one of the international transport companies: DHL, DPD or FedEx. The delivery time is from 3 to 28 days, depending on the country.

Please note that the recipient's country may be subject to taxes and duties payable by the recipient according to local customs laws. We recommend contacting your local customs authorities for detailed information.

If duties and taxes will be charged, the recipient will receive a notification (SMS or email) from the customs authorities or the transport company.

Shipping within the US is via FedEx.
